Coco Bullet - Max Factor

Coco Bullet is the lipstick of Max Factor. I work every saturday for Max Factor and the Coco Bullet is one of my favorite 'To Use' items. Its very easy to use and has a balm in it. It feels very soft for the lips because of the balm.
My favorite color is n° 36 - Pearl Maron, because its a color for a daily wear and it fits everybody.

Coco Bullet is de lippestift van Max Factor. Ik werk iedere zaterdag voor Max Factor and de Coco Bullet zit toch bij mijn favoriete 'To Use' items. Hij is makkelijk in gebruik en heeft daarnaast nog een verzorgende werking. Hij voelt zijdezacht aan en dankzij de verzorging maakt hij ook de lippen weer zacht.
Mijn favoriete kleurtje is de n° 36 - Pearl Marron omdat het een subtiel kleurtje is voor dagdagelijks gebruikt en hij staat iedereen.

To buy or not to buy???

If you prefer the colours I really recommend buying it. They are very good, comfortable and nice to wear. So its a definitely To Buy!

Rome : New place, new habits!

Living at a new country means having new habits.

Rome was the ideal place to start some new habits, two in particulary.

What seemed unpossible to reach in 2011, became reality in 2012. First of all, I'm drinking water all the time now... got rid of cola, fanta ... and more of those sugary drinks. yayyy! Finally! I tried it so many times but I'm a sucker in keeping new habits... but Rome changed that! And I'm now back in Belgium for like a month, and I still didn't drink cola, fanta, sprite... Thumbs up for keeping this habit!=)

The other habit concerns beauty. I put on daily eyecream, serum and daycream, every single day! Before Rome I only used daycream and forgot to put it on sometimes (bad me!). I notice the difference and I don't have so many breakouts anymore. So yay for that too! =)

Leven in een ander land betekent ook nieuwe gewoontes aankweken.
Rome was de ideale plaats om nieuwe gewoontes te kweken, twee meer bepaald.
Wat onmogelijk te bereiken leek in 2011, kwam realiteit in 2012. Ten eerste drink ik nu steeds water... en heb ik cola, fanta...afgedankt. Yaaay!!! Eindelijk! Ik probeerde het zo vaak maar ik ben echt een sucker op gebied van nieuwe gewoontes volhouden.... maar Rome maakte hierin dus verandering! Ik ben nu ongeveer een maand terug in België en ik heb nog steeds geen cola, fanta, sprite... aangeraakt! Duimen om deze gewoonte te houden! =)
De andere gewoonte heeft te maken met schoonheid. Ik doe nu dagelijks oogcrème, serum en dagcrème aan. Voor Rome droeg ik enkel dagcrème en vergat ik het soms aan te doen (stoute mij!). Ik merk het verschil en heb veel minder last van puistjes. Yay! =)

Keep up the good habits! I love Rome for so many things! =)

The Alice Fairytale

I love fairytales! You sure know that from me already.

A very good friend of mine, Maya, asked me a long time ago if I could be her model, to test her new camera. She wanted me to play Alice... Its always nice to play in a fairytale photoshoot!
After one year, I saw one of the pictures again... and started playing with photoshop. Although I can't do so much with my photoshop yet, I'd love to play with it!  Playing with colors, erasing unnecessary things like traffic signs...I just love playing it!

Ik hou van sprookjes! Jullie weten dat ondertussen al wel van mij.

Een heel goeie vriendin van me, Maya, vroeg me een heel eindje geleden of ik haar model wou zijn, zodat ze haar nieuwe camera kon uittesten. Ze wou dat ik Alice speelde... Het is altijd plezant om mee te spelen in een sprookjesfotoshoot!
Eén jaar later zag ik één van de foto's opnieuw... en begon te spelen met Photoshop. Nochtans ik nog niet zo veel af weet van photoshop, hou ik er wel erg van! Spelen met kleuren, onnodige dingen wissen zoals verkeersborden... I just love playing it!

And I'm soo exciting too... Tim Burton has a new movie : Dark Shadows !!! Its out now in Belgian theaters!! I soo wanna see it! =) 

A Secret in Rome

There's a secret kept in Rome... The secret of the keyhole.
Rome has so many beautiful places, and if you find the keyhole and you look through it, you'll see this is one of the beautiful - dream away - places of  Rome.
In a peaceful part of Rome there is one keyhole and behind that keyhole you find a fairytaleworld.
Too bad you can't enter that place, because it's private.

Er is een geheim bewaard in Rome... Het geheim van het sleutelgat.
Rome heeft zoveel mooie kantjes en hoekjes, en als je het sleutelgat vindt en je kijkt erdoor, mag je zeker zijn dat dit één van de mooie wegdroomplaatsjes is te Rome.
In een rustig stukje Rome is er namelijk één sleutelgat waarachter een sprookjesachtige wereld verscholen ligt. Jammergenoeg kan je niet naar binnen, want het is privé.

Rome - Light influences

I did some photography in Rome. Because I love the Angel Bridge and the view from there on the San Pietro so much, I wanted to take some pictures over there... and some more... and some more... to study the light influences on the same architecture. When do you take the best pictures? Which light influence is the best? And I just love to put them all together and look at the differences and the atmosphere they each create.

Ik deed wat fotografie werk in Rome. Omdat ik zoveel van de Engelenbrug en het uitzicht van daaruit op de San Pietro hou, wou ik er heel graag foto's nemen... en nog wat... en nog wat... om de lichtinvloeden te bestuderen op dezelfde architectuur. Wanneer en onder welke lichtomstandigheden maak je de mooiste foto's? En ik hou er gewoon van om ze allemaal samen te brengen en zo de verschillende atmosferen te zien die elk met zich meebrengt.
